  Q: How long will it take to get your supporting response?  
Generally, we'll reply to you within 24 hours except for weekends or holidays due to the time difference. But in most cases you'll get our response in a few hours or immediately.
Q: If I lost the license code?
Sure. please send an email to: to get your registration info back. Please provide your OderID or some info in your order(such as the E-mail address and name you used when you purchased etc.) which will enable us to find your order in our database in time.
Q: If I purchase your software, can I upgrade it for free in the future?
Of course, we provide lifetime free upgrade. Please keep you eyes on our site to get upgrade infomation. You download the lastest version from our website at any time by yourself, and you can register it using the same license code.
Q: How long will I receive the license code after I complete the purchase?
Normally you will receive the license code by Email immediately after your successful purchase. However, sometimes for some reasons(for example, our E-mail is blocked by your E-mail service provider), the codes can not be sent to users. If you have not received your registration information after your purchase, please send email to: to get assistance. They will find your order information and send your registration information to you soon.
Q: How to register my software?
If you purchase our products, you will receive emails as soon as your order is processed. Download the software you bought from our site and run, click "Enter License Code..." in Help menu,COPY and PASTE the licensed code you received,and then press the "Register" button. Note: don't add any blank before or after it.
Q: "Registration info is invalid". Why? I entered the license code you sent to me.
1.This is caused by entry error. You'd better copy and paste the license code to avoid a typo. And please don't add any blank before or after the code.

Q: Do I need to re-register after I re-install the software?

Q: I get a new computer, what should I do to move the software I purchased to the new computer.
First please uninstall the software from your old computer. And then download the version you purchased from our website at download. Use the registration information you got before to register the full version.
